About Raadi India
Raadi began with the idea that Indian textiles are shaped by the regions they come from.
Across India, every region has its own way of weaving, dyeing, and detailing fabric.
Bandhani from one place looks and feels different from another.
Ajrakh changes character across regions.
Even the lightest chiffon carries a certain way of being worn.
But somewhere along the way, these differences started getting lost.
At Raadi, we’re trying to bring that back.
We work with sarees that are rooted in specific crafts and regions,
and present them in a way that feels relevant to today,
easy to wear, easy to come back to, and never overdone.
This isn’t about preserving tradition in its original form,
and it’s not about reinventing it completely either.
It’s about understanding it well enough
to make it part of everyday life again.
So whether it’s something you reach for on a regular day
or something you wear for a moment that matters,
it should feel natural, like it belongs to you.
Raadi is our way of exploring India through textiles,
one region at a time.
