RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY – Raadi India

(NO RETURNS | NO REFUNDS – Exchange Only Policy)

Raadi India follows a strict exchange-only policy to protect the interests of our customers as well as our partner retailers.

1. What Can Be Exchanged?

We accept exchanges only for the following reasons:

  • Size issues

  • Defective / damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

2. What We Do Not Offer

  • No returns

  • No refunds (store credit or bank refunds)

  • No exchanges for colour variation or personal preference

3. Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of order delivery.

4. Condition of Items

To be eligible for an exchange, products must be:

  • Unworn & unused

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • Undamaged

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • Free from perfume, stains, or any wear

Products failing these criteria will be sent back to the customer without exchange.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items / discounted items

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Jewellery (if applicable)


6. Damage / Defect Claims

6.1 Mandatory Unboxing Video

Damage, defect, or missing item claims must include a full unboxing video showing the unopened parcel being opened for the first time.

6.2 Reporting Time

All damage-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6.3 What to Send Us

Send the following to WhatsApp/email:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the defect

Raadi India will review the evidence and approve the exchange if valid.


7. Exchange Process

7.1 Step-by-Step

  • Raise an exchange request through WhatsApp/email within the allowed time.

  • Provide required photos/videos.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.

  • After the product passes quality check, we dispatch the replacement item.

7.2 Shipping Charges

For valid size exchanges or confirmed defects, Raadi India will bear the shipping charges.

Reverse pickup may be arranged by us or, if unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the item to our return address.

7.3 Return/Exchange Address

7.4 Exchange Limit

Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only.


8. Order Cancellation

8.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

8.2 Information Changes

To request a change in:

  • Size

  • Delivery address

  • Phone number

Changes can be made only if the order has not been shipped.


9. Policy Updates

Raadi India reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective once posted on the website.
