These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Ethnindia LLP, operating under the brand name Raadi India (“Raadi India”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing, using, or making a purchase from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website immediately.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Company” refers to Ethnindia LLP, operating under the brand name Raadi India.
1.2 “Website” means the e-commerce platform located at www.raadiindia.com
1.3 “User/Customer” refers to any individual accessing the website or making a purchase.
1.4 “Products” refers to ethnic wear, clothing, and accessories listed on the website.
1.5 “Exchange” refers to replacement of the product as per these Terms.
1.6 “Business Days” means Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Users must be 18 years or older to make purchases.
2.2 By using the website, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 Customers may choose to create an account for faster checkout.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.3 Raadi India is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY
4.1 All products displayed are ready-to-ship, subject to availability.
4.2 In case a product is not readily available, Raadi India may produce/make the product for you.
4.3 Slight variations in colour, embroidery, texture, and finish may occur due to lighting, photography, screen settings, or handcrafting.
4.4 Such variations do not qualify as defects.
5. PRICING, TAXES & PAYMENTS
5.1 All prices are listed in INR and include/exclude taxes as mentioned on the product page.
5.2 Applicable GST will be charged as per government regulations.

5.4 Raadi India is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment gateways.
5.5 Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION
6.1 An order is considered confirmed only after you receive an Order Confirmation Email/SMS/WhatsApp.
6.2 Raadi India reserves the right to cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to:
Product unavailability
Payment failure
Incorrect pricing or information
Suspicious transactions
6.3 Customers may request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.
6.4 Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
7.1 Orders are processed within 3-4 business days, depending on the availability of the product.
7.2 Delivery timelines: 4-7 business days.
7.3 Delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals, or uncontrollable events will not make Raadi India liable for compensation.
7.4 Shipping partners include: Mahavir and Delhivery
7.5 Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.
8. EXCHANGE POLICY (NO RETURNS | NO REFUNDS)
Raadi India follows a strict exchange-only policy.
8.1 We offer exchanges only for:
a) Size issues
b) Damaged or defective product received (must be reported within 24 hours)
8.2 We do NOT offer:
a) Returns
b) Order refunds
c) Exchanges for reasons such as colour variation, minor differences, personal preference, or not liking the product.
8.3 Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
8.4 All exchange approvals are at the sole discretion of Raadi India.
9. EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:
9.1 Unworn, unused, unwashed
9.2 With original tags and packaging
9.3 Free from perfume, makeup stains, body odour, and damage
9.4 Returned with the original invoice
Products failing these checks will be sent back to the customer without exchange.
10. DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
10.1 Damage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Unboxing video (mandatory)
Clear photos of defect
10.2 Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.
10.3 Raadi India will inspect the evidence and decide if the product is eligible for exchange.
11. SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGES
11.1 For valid size exchanges or approved defect cases, the shipping cost will be borne by Raadi India.
11.2 Our logistics partner will arrange pickup from the customer’s location.
12. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
12.1 In cases where ready stock is unavailable, Raadi India may produce the product.
12.2 Made-to-order products may take additional time.
12.3 These products also follow the exchange-only policy.

13. OFFERS, PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS
13.1 Coupon codes cannot be clubbed unless explicitly mentioned.
13.2 Offers are valid only for the mentioned duration.
13.3 Exchange is not applicable on discounted products, unless damaged.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
14.1 All content on this website, including images, text, logos, designs, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Raadi India.
14.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
15.1 Raadi India is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15.2 Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Raadi India from any claims arising out of misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Third-party links on our website are for convenience only. We do not endorse or control their content.
18. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
Raadi India may suspend or block access to users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
19. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
19.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
19.2 Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in [INSERT CITY, e.g., Pune, Maharashtra].
19.3 Arbitration may be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
